About Us

We are one of the largest voluntary sector service providers for the elderly in the London Borough of Brent

Senior Care Is Our Passionate Objective

WISE Education Project, founded in 1982 and working in collaboration with Brent Council, provides day care facilities for the elderly in Brent and the neighbouring Boroughs. One of our aims is to promote the independence and wellbeing of older people.

We provide a safe, warm and friendly environment where people can interact with others, enjoy a nourishing healthy meal and participate in a range of social activities. Our centre has specialist equipment and furniture suitable for the needs of the elderly. Our experienced and devoted staff have more than 30 years of experience working for and with the elderly. We provide excellent care and understanding when dealing with elderly people. We firmly believe that listening and talking to people plays an important role in delivering our care and addressing the needs of service users within the community.

The WISE Day Centre is accessible to older and disabled people.

The Day Care Centre is at ground level with disabled facilities.

Our large, open-plan room is composed of a dining and lounge area, where clients and service users are able to watch television and participate in the various activities we provide.

Clients and service users can also enjoy our garden during the summertime, where we hold our fundraising barbeques, and is equipped with a patio and comfortable seating area where they can also enjoy a variety of flowers and vegetables. In good weather, the garden is also perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee out in the sunshine.
